By using secrt.io (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
secrt.io provides end-to-end encrypted secret sharing between registered peers via a command-line client and server infrastructure. The Service includes a public server, optional, co-located "private" servers, and a self-hosted option.
To protect the service from disruption, accounts may be subject to acceptable use policies. Any such policy may be enforced or changed without notice.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You are responsible for safeguarding your private keys. The Service cannot recover lost keys or decrypt your secrets. You are responsible for all activity associated with your account.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uptime. Secret storage limits, expiry times, and rate limits vary by plan and may change. Secrets are automatically deleted after their expiry period.
Private server subscriptions are billed annually. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or secrets.
To the extent permitted by law, the parties agree that any liability arising from or in connection with the Service is limited to the total fees paid by you for the Service during the service period in which the claim arose. This amount represents a genuine pre-estimate of loss and applies regardless of the nature of the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Fees already paid are not refundable.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
